Dear students,

From now on, dancers will be removed from the WhatsApp group as soon as their subscription expires. This is part of our effort to streamline communication and improve the quality of our service.

✅ How it works:

• We send reminder emails 5, 3, and 1 day before your subscription ends.

• You will also receive an SMS notification.

• Once the expiration date is reached, we begin the offboarding process, which includes:

  • Removing you from the WhatsApp group

  • Notifying your teacher that your subscription has expired

🕒 Catch-up Lessons Policy
We are working on a better procedure for catch-up lessons. For now, we offer this as a courtesy service, but:

• It must be requested in advance

• You must inform us before the day and time of the class to danceteam@salsafever-enschede.nl

• Missed classes without prior notice will not be considered
